How to Find Activities

  1. Log in to Repmove. 

  2. Search for the account: Go to Accounts

    1. Use the search bar, or

    2. Go to the Accounts section in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the account to open its details page.Select an Account

  4. View all previously completed activities associated with that account. View your Activities

How to Log a New Activity

  1. Open the account’s details page.

  2. Click the Plus-png-3(Plus) icon in the top-right corner. 

  3. Enter the activity details:Add Activity-1

    1. Activity Type

    2. Contact 

    3. Deal

    4. Equipment 

    5. Tags

    6. Attachment (if applicable)

  4. Click Save to update the activity log.Fill Activity and hit Save

How to Find Activities

  1. Log in to Repmove. 

  2. Search for the account

    Search for the account

    1. Use the search bar, or

    2. Go to the List section in the top right.

  3. Select the account name to open its details page, and navigate to Activities.

  4. View all previously completed activities associated with that account. 

How to Log a New Activity

  1. Click the Add Activity(Piece of paper with a plus) icon on the card. Add Activity button

  2. Select the activity type.

  3. Enter the activity details & take applicable actions:

    1. Add Contact
    2. Add Deal
    3. Add Equipment
    4. Add Photos
    5. Add tags
    6. Create follow-up
  4. Click Save to update the activity log.

Activities Explained

Visit 

Use the Visit Activity button to: 

  • Review visit details 
  • Update Last Visit Date  
  • Track actions taken during a visit 

Email 

  • Log an email directly from the record. 
  • Use this to keep all email logs in one place. 

Phone 

  • Log phone calls with notes and outcomes. 
  • Record call details like date, time, and summary. 

Meeting 

  • Log meetings. 
  • Record meeting details like date, time, and Summary  

Note 

  • Add quick notes or internal comments. 

PO / Quote 

  • Create a Purchase Order or Quote
  • Keeps pricing and order documents tied to the record. 

Expense 

  • Log expenses related to the record. 
  • Helps track costs tied to deals or customers. 
  • Create Expense Reports.
