Adding Activities & Connecting Them to Deals

Web Platform 

  1. Open RepMove
  2. From the left-hand menu, click Accounts, or use the Search bar to find the specific account. 
  3. Open the account you want to add an activity to. 
  4. On the account details page, click the Plus-png-3 (Plus) button in the top-right corner. Add Activity from Web
  5. Complete the activity details: 
    1. Activity Type 
    2. Contact 
    3. Equipment 
    4. Tags 
    5. Attachments 
  6. Select a Deal to associate the activity with. Associate Deal to Account
  7. Save the activity. 

                        Mobile App 

                        1. Open the RepMove app.
                        2. Find the Account on the Map, or Use the Run-png-1Search button at the top.
                        3. Select the account, and hit the Add Activity Add Activity button.

                        4. Choose the type of activity you want to add:
                          Add Activity pop-up 
                          1. Visit 
                          2. Email 
                          3. Phone 
                          4. Meeting 
                          5. Note 
                          6. PO / Quote 
                          7. Expense 
                        5. Enter the activity details. 
                        6. Tap Add Deal to connect the activity to a deal.

                        7. Save the activity. 

                        Only the Dals associated with this account will be available for connection.
