How to run an AdHoc Report

AdHoc report is available for two types of Users: Admin and Team Lead.

If you want to export your account and contact information, you can generate an ad hoc report and export it in Excel format.

  1. Go to your Dashboard and hit the Adhoc Report  button in the top right.

  2. Select the Create Date Start field, the date from which you want the report to run.

  3. Choose the displayed columns for your report to customise the information you want to display. If you generate the report without managing the displayed columns, it will show all of the information by default.

  4. Hit the Run button to generate the report, then scroll down, and you will see the Export Excel button in the bottom left.

You can save your filters by hitting the Save button.

Give the Filter a name, hit Save.

Now you can access the saved filter in the top right.
