Assign to Me

The Assigned to Me feature in RepMove allows users to assign themselves as co-owners of accounts that are currently owned by other team members. This is particularly useful for specialists or teams that need to collaborate across territories or share account responsibilities.

Prerequisites

Admin Settings:

  • The Assigned to Me feature must be enabled by an admin user in the team account settings.
  • The Global View option must also be turned on, as both features work together.

How to Use the Feature

  1. Access Global Search:
    • Navigate to the Account Search area.
    • Switch from Standard Table View (your assigned accounts) to Global View.
    • Use the search bar to find accounts by:
      • Account name
      • City
      • ZIP code
  2. Assign Yourself to an Account:
    1. Locate the desired account in Global View.
    2. Click into the account details.
    3. If the feature is enabled, select Assigned to Me (found under the three-dot menu on mobile or in the account view on desktop).
    4. The account will update, adding you as a co-owner.
