Using Filters in RepMove
Filters in RepMove allow you to quickly narrow down your accounts based on tags, categories, deal activity, and coverage status. Filters are available on the Accounts page, the Map View, and when planning a route from the web.
Filtering by Tags & Categories
Each account can be assigned type, category, and tag values. You can filter your account list using any combination of these.
Match All
When filtering by multiple tags, the Match All toggle lets you choose how the filter behaves:
- Match All off — shows accounts that have any of the selected tags
- Match All on — shows only accounts that have all of the selected tags
Example: Filtering by tags "A" and "Con Expo" with Match All on will return only accounts that are both A-tier and tagged from Con Expo.
Exclusions
You can exclude one or more tags from your results. This is useful when you want to filter for a group but leave out a specific subset.
Example: Filter by tag "A" and exclude "Con Expo" to see all A-tier customers you did not meet at Con Expo.
Exclusions can be combined with Match All for precise, multi-tag filtering.
Filtering for Untagged or Uncategorized Accounts
You can filter specifically for accounts that have no tag or no category assigned — useful for identifying accounts that need to be categorized.
User Filtering (Admins & Team Leaders)
Team leaders and admins can filter accounts by assigned user, with the same Match All and exclusion options available.
Filtering by Deals
If your team uses deal pipelines, you can filter accounts based on their deal activity.
Available options:
- Accounts with deals — any account that has an active deal
- Accounts in a specific pipeline — narrow down to one or more pipelines
- Accounts at a specific stage — filter by stage within a pipeline
These options can be layered together. For example, you can view all accounts currently in the "Proposal" stage of a specific pipeline.
Filtering by Coverage
Filter accounts by their coverage status based on last visit date:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| On Track | Accounts being visited as scheduled |
| Follow Up | Accounts due for a follow-up visit |
| Overdue | Accounts past their scheduled visit date |
| Never Been Visited | Accounts with no recorded visit |
This makes it easy to prioritize outreach and ensure no accounts are being missed.
Filters on the Map View
All of the same filters — tags, deals, and coverage — are available on the Map. When a filter is applied, only matching accounts are displayed on the map.
Clicking an account pin on the map shows a detail card with:
- Active and open deal counts
- Won and lost deal totals
- A link to the full account details
