Create your Tasks from the Web Dashboard or from the App
Web-based Dashboard
- Log in to your Web-based Dashboard and navigate to Accounts & Prospects.
- Select an account and go to Tasks. Click the green '+' in the top right.
- Select a User this task will be assigned to, add the task description, set the day and time, and hit Save.
- An orange exclamation point indicates an open and incomplete task.
- You can edit your tasks anytime by clicking the gray pencil on the right.
- You can see your open tasks on the Dashboard under Event Calendar and To Do List.
Mobile
There are two ways to create a task in the App.
Firstly, go to Dashboard and select push notifications to determine if you want reminders for your Tasks.
Toggle on task notifications and set up to three reminders.
Go back to the home screen.
First way
- Select "to-do" at the bottom menu bar, then click "create new task".
- Add a task description, associate it with an account or prospect, and set the due date and time.
- Click Save to create the task.
Second way
- Navigate to the account list, select an account, tap the three dots in the top right corner, and create a task.
- Enter task description, set day and time, add to calendar, and save.
- An orange exclamation point indicates an open and incomplete task.
- Complete a task by selecting three dots in the upper right corner and choosing complete task.
- Alternatively, swipe right on the to-do list to complete the task.
- Swipe left on the to-do list to view it on the calendar or complete the task.
- Clicking on "completed" shows the task as completed.
