Multiple Deal Pipelines
How to set up and manage multiple Deal Pipelines
Admin User: Setting Up
- Go to Deals.
- Hit the Gear
in the top left corner.
- Hit the plus
in the top right corner, and enter the name for the new pipeline.
- Click on the Name of the new pipeline.
- Hit the plus
in the top right, and start setting up the stages for the new pipeline.
- After you've set up at least one Open and one Closed stage, your pipeline can be used from both the Web, and the Mobile.
Multiple types of views are now available for the Deals. To switch between views, click the actions button on the right and select Board or Table.

Adding a Deal
- Select the Deal Pipeline in the top left drop-down.
- Hit the plus button
in the top right.
- Fill in the Details and select the Pipeline you want the Deal to land in. It will auto-default the Stage to the first stage from the selected pipeline.
- Hit Save.
You can sort Stages by hitting the button and applying different sorting options.
The deals can be sorted in ascending or descending order by hitting the arrow .

Managing Deals on Mobile
- Dashboard Overview:
- View all active deals assigned to you.
- Create new deals using the plus button at the top.
- View deals by open or closed status.
- Filtering Deals:
- Use filters to change the view of your deals (e.g., by amount, projected close date, name).
- Select specific pipelines and stages to narrow down your deals.
- Viewing Deal Details:
- Open deals to view detailed information such as pipeline, expected close date, and value.
- Add notes or tasks quickly.
- Edit deals and move them between stages or pipelines.
Managing Deals for Specific Accounts
- Account Details Page:
- Access the account details page from the map or list view.
- Go to the actions tab to see deals related to the specific account.
- Creating and Managing Deals:
- Create new deals for the account, selecting the pipeline, stage, value, projected close date, and contact.
- Filter deals by pipeline or stage to focus on specific situations.
- Adding Notes:
- Leave notes directly on deals from the quick add note area or the notes feed.
- Ensure notes are linked back to the relevant deal.
