Primary Owner

RepMove now allows every account to have a designated primary owner. This feature is designed to clarify ownership, especially when accounts are shared among multiple users. It also helps individual reps prioritize their accounts and streamline account management.

How to Assign a Primary Owner in RepMove

From the Web

  1. Log in to RepMove on the web.
  2. Navigate to the list of accounts.
  3. Click on the name of the account you want to update, and hit Edit.
  4. Find the “individual visibility” drop-down. You’ll see a list of all users currently added to the account.
  5. Select the user you want to set as the primary owner (if it’s just you, select yourself).
  6. Save Your Changes.

If you want to update the primary ownership in bulk, go to Accounts and mass-select the ones you want to edit. Hit Assign User, and click "Primary Owner".

When creating a new account on the web, you must manually select the primary owner during setup under “individual visibility.” If you don’t, the account will not have a primary owner by default.

From the Mobile App

  1. Log in to the RepMove mobile app.
  2. Create a new account, and you will automatically be set as the primary owner.

To update an existing account, open the account from your list or map view.

  1. In the account details, hit the right-most (i) info button.
  2. Go to User(s).
  3. Use the toggle to set the user to be the primary owner.

On mobile, when you create a new account, you are instantly set as the primary owner. On the web, you must select the primary owner manually.
