RepMove HubSpot Integration

Prerequisites

Before connecting:

• You must have an active RepMove account with administrator access.
• The HubSpot integration must be enabled for your RepMove company.
• Your HubSpot user must have permission to install applications.

Connect HubSpot to RepMove

1. Sign in to RepMove.
2. Open Settings → Integrations:
   https://dashboard.repmove.app/settings/integrations
3. Locate the HubSpot integration and click Connect.
4. Sign in to HubSpot if prompted.
5. Select the HubSpot account you want to connect.
6. Review the requested permissions.
7. Click Connect app.
8. You will be redirected to RepMove after authorization.

Synchronization is enabled after the connection is completed.

Supported Synchronization Functions

Accounts

• Import multiple accounts from HubSpot (importAccounts)
• Import an individual account from HubSpot (importAccount)
• Export an account from RepMove to HubSpot (exportAccount)

Leads

• Import multiple leads from HubSpot (importLeads)
• Import an individual lead from HubSpot (importLead)
• Export a lead from RepMove to HubSpot (exportLead)

Contacts

• Import multiple contacts from HubSpot (importContacts)
• Import an individual contact from HubSpot (importContact)
• Export a contact from RepMove to HubSpot (exportContact)

Notes

• Import a note from HubSpot (importNote)
• Export a note from RepMove to HubSpot (exportNote)

Deals

• Import multiple deals from HubSpot (importDeals)
• Import an individual deal from HubSpot (importDeal)
• Export a deal from RepMove to HubSpot (exportDeal)
• Import deal pipelines from HubSpot (importDealPipelines)
• Import deal stages from HubSpot (importDealStages)

Disconnect RepMove from HubSpot

The integration must be disconnected from HubSpot:

1. Sign in to HubSpot.
2. Click the Settings icon in the top navigation.
3. Navigate to Integrations → Connected Apps.
4. Locate the RepMove application.
5. Click Actions → Uninstall.
6. Enter uninstall when prompted.
7. Click Uninstall to confirm.
