How to build, utilize and edit your saved routes on Web and Mobile

Viewing & Editing
- Open a specific account to view associated saved routes.
- Tap the pencil icon
to access the list of saved routes.
- Tap the gear icon
next to a route (e.g., Friday South) to view all included accounts.
- Review the optimization and map layout of the route by hitting Draw
.
- Remove the accounts by hitting the trash icon as needed and hit the checkmark.
Accounts can belong to multiple templates — toggle them on/off accordingly.
Creating a New Route Template
- Go to your Daily Route screen.
- Plan your day by toggling accounts on/off.
- Tap Copy
at the bottom left and select Save as Template.
- Choose an existing template or enter a new template name.
- Tap the plus
button to save.
- Optimize accounts now or later, review the route, then tap the check mark to finalize.
Deploying a Saved Route
- Select any future day.
- Tap the route templates icon
.
- Choose a saved route to deploy it.
- Tap check mark when ready.
- Optionally, re-optimize the route based on your current location.
Adding New Prospects to a Template
- While in a deployed day, tap Add New Account
.
- Fill out all details: tags, contact info, address (or drop a pin).
- Tap Save — the account is added to today’s route.
- Open the added account, go to saved routes and toggle the saved route.
- It will now be included in future uses of that template.

Creating a Route Template
- From the Dashboard, start creating a daily route.
- Select the desired date.
- Review the stops and how the day is lined up.
- Click the save as icon
.
- Enter a name (e.g., Monday Route), and hit the Save icon
.
- The day is now saved as a route template.
Deploying a Route Template
- From any day, click Create Daily Route.
- Pull in a previously saved template from the drop-down.
- Review and optimize the route.
- Click Save to lock in the planned day — it’s ready for mobile deployment.
