Saved Routes

How to build, utilize and edit your saved routes on Web and Mobile

App

Viewing & Editing

  1. Open a specific account to view associated saved routes.
  2. Tap the pencil icon  to access the list of saved routes.
  3. Tap the gear icon next to a route (e.g., Friday South) to view all included accounts.
  4. Review the optimization and map layout of the route by hitting Draw .
  5. Remove the accounts by hitting the trash icon as needed and hit the checkmark.

Accounts can belong to multiple templates — toggle them on/off accordingly.

Creating a New Route Template

  1. Go to your Daily Route screen.
  2. Plan your day by toggling accounts on/off.
  3. Tap Copy at the bottom left and select Save as Template.
  4. Choose an existing template or enter a new template name.
  5. Tap the plus  button to save.
  6. Optimize accounts now or later, review the route, then tap the check mark to finalize.

Deploying a Saved Route

  1. Select any future day.
  2. Tap the route templates icon .
  3. Choose a saved route to deploy it.
  4. Tap check mark when ready.
  5. Optionally, re-optimize the route based on your current location.

Adding New Prospects to a Template

  1. While in a deployed day, tap Add New Account .
  2. Fill out all details: tags, contact info, address (or drop a pin).
  3. Tap Save — the account is added to today’s route.
  4. Open the added account, go to saved routes and toggle the saved route.
  5. It will now be included in future uses of that template.

Creating a Route Template

  1. From the Dashboard, start creating a daily route.
  2. Select the desired date.
  3. Review the stops and how the day is lined up.
  4. Click the save as icon .
  5. Enter a name (e.g., Monday Route), and hit the Save icon .
  6. The day is now saved as a route template.

Deploying a Route Template

  1. From any day, click Create Daily Route.
  2. Pull in a previously saved template from the drop-down.
  3. Review and optimize the route.
  4. Click Save to lock in the planned day — it’s ready for mobile deployment.
