Sending Mass Emails
This article walks you through how to send mass emails using the RepMove mobile app and the Web platform, including how to set up your device, use filters, and apply email templates.
To send mass emails effectively in RepMove:
- You must have contacts saved with valid email addresses.
- You must set up your default email app correctly.
- Only mobile app users can apply pre-created email templates.
Mobile App
Set Up the Default Email App

Android

Go to
Settings
→Apps
→Default apps

Set your preferred work email app (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) as the default email
iPhone

Use the Apple Mail app (required by iOS)

Go to
Settings
→Mail
→Default Account

Select your work email (e.g., Exchange, Gmail)

Ensure at least two accounts are configured in the Mail app (including your default)
Your emails are sent via your device’s default mail client, not through RepMove.
Sending a Mass Email
- Open the RepMove mobile app. Tap Dashboard → Mass Email. All contacts with email addresses will appear.
- Apply Filters
- Use the floating Filters Bar to refine recipients by:
- Account Type
- Category
- Product Tags
- Accounts Not Visited (with time frame)
- Tap View to confirm the filtered list, and then:
- Toggle recipients on/off individually
- Or tap Select All
- Use the floating Filters Bar to refine recipients by:
- Select Recipients & Email Template

Confirm selection and tap the checkmark.

Choose email recipient fields:
To
,CC
, orBCC
- If restricted by an admin, only
BCC
will be available
- If restricted by an admin, only

- Use an Email Template (Optional, Mobile Only)
- Admin-created email templates will appear as options.
- Includes subject line, body, and document links.
- Select the desired template and tap Confirm.
- Send the Email
- Tap Create Email.
- It will open your default email app with prefilled fields (if using a template).
- Review, edit (if needed), and send.
Emails are sent from your own email account, including your signature. Replies go directly to you, not through RepMove.
Web Platform
- Log in to the RepMove Web Portal. Navigate to Accounts or Map View.
- Apply Filters
- Use filters for Account Type, Tags, or Category.
- Note: "Accounts Not Visited" filter is only available in Map View.
- On the Accounts list, select entries across pages.
- Go to Show Actions → Email.
- Compose and Send:
- Add Subject and Message.
- Choose email recipient type (To, CC, or BCC).
- Tap Create.
- Your default email client will open with recipients filled in.
- Finish composing and send.
Email templates are not available on the web version.

BCC
for large-scale mass emails to avoid reply-all chaos. -
Verify filters to ensure you're targeting the correct group.

Use templates on mobile to maintain consistency in recurring communications (like new product flyers, welcome emails, etc.).
